「ウロボロス」という言葉は永遠を指す古典的なシンボルです。自らの尾を噛む蛇として表されています。このシンボルはライフサイクルと永遠を表現しています。ウロボロスのデザインは、私の国と永久に結ばれているペータル2世・ペトロビッチ・ニェゴシュを抽象的にあらわしています。彼はモンテネグロの精神的かつ政治的な統治者であり、偉大な詩人・哲学者の一人で、また、私の祖先です。『山の花輪』、『小宇宙のたいまつ』など彼のいくつかの作品は日本語にも訳されています。

The term "Ouroboros" – is a classical symbol of eternity, representing a serpent which bites its own tail. The symbol represents the life cycle and eternity.
The Ouroboros symbol will be so designed that it will also show, in an abstract way, a figure of a man who is permanently tied with my country. It is about the figure of Petar ll Petrović Njegoš, who was both spiritual and secular ruler of Montenegro, one of the greatest Montenegrin poets and philosophers. He is also my ancestor. Some of his works, such as The Mountain Wreath, The Torch of Microcosmos, are also translated into the Japanese language.
