「自然の道」
「On the pathway of nature」

これは植物の葉をモチーフにした作品ですが、単なる葉の造形作品ではありません。大地から水分や養分を吸収して自らを力強く成長させる葉脈をアクセントとして表現することにより、太古の昔から脈々と受け継がれている自然界の営みを強調しました。フォームの美しさを表現することに重きを置いた作品です。見る人には、作品の趣旨には捉われずに、自由にイメージをふくらませていただければと思います。

Though in the motif of plant's leaf, this work is not shaped just for a leaf. I made this work to highlight the existing way of the nature from the ancient past, by adding an accent on expression of leaf vein which absorbs water and nutrient from land and develops itself with strength. Also I put emphasis on how to express the beauty of the form of the work. But when you look at the work, you can extend your imagination freely out of the concept of the work.
