「ウールの靴下」
「Wool sock」

靴下を使ったモチーフはそれ自身の言葉をもっている。靴下は人を自然の災害から守り、幸運をもたらし、生活をより安らかにすると信じられている。靴下は苦労の多い生活に希望と色を与えてくれる。私が芸術作品に選んだ伝統的な物のイメージは　過去の考え方を反映し、現代の生活様式について観客の心に疑問をもたせようと狙ったいる。 私は自ら作り出すものに満足し、持っているものに満足する伝統的な人々と、ただ消費するだけでなにも作り出さない今日の不幸で満ち足りない人たちの間の矛盾を示したい。

The motives that are used on the socks have their own language. It is believed that socks protects the person from natural disasters and brings good lick, helps life easier for the person. The socks simply give hope and color to the life that has hardship. The images of traditional objects that I have chosen for my art work reflect the way of thinking in today. I hope to show the contradiction between the traditional people that happy with what they create and happy with they have and unhappy, unsatisfied people are today by only consuming and not creating.
